OpenSebJ is an application that lets you mix audio samples in real time, in a Windows platform. It is a free program distributed under a GNU licence.
With OpenSebJ you can load up to 255 sound samples (in WAV format), which can be played in real time, and individually adjust the properties of each one (volume, frequency, etc). You will also find multitrack composition tools, with a graphic setting similar to professional DJ mixing decks.
It has an option to make it easier to use, and offers huge possibilities: you can assign a key on the keyboard to each sample, so that you can add or activate them in real time, simply by pressing the corresponding key. All the compositions, sounds or audio sources used in OpenSebJ can be saved to your hard drive or a disc.
